The Company
"Demetra" is the research-and-production enterprise.
It was registered in April, 1998. The form of property is a
private company.
The main orientation of the firm is manufacture of souvenir
tare from valuable wood materials for food liquids (wine, cognac,
whisky, beer etc.) and food products (honey, caviar, olive oil
etc.).
Design of our production, its construction
and technology of producing are developed by the experts of
the firm in accordance with standards of the modern market of
souvenir tare.
It is necessary to make an accent on souvenir tare of the Company
"Demetra" in the light of principles, which the firm
follows in the development and manufacture of its production:
• The name "souvenir tare" is necessary
to consider as the classifying factor of its uniqueness and
difference from such common concept as "consumer goods".
First of all, it concerns the manufactures of high-quality food
liquids and food products.
• The unique technologies in producing of tare allow
to protect the manufacturers of high-quality food liquids and
products from falsification of their production. The Company
"Demetra" has the registered trade- mark and will
not tolerate counterfeit products in the market of souvenir
tare. At the same time producing of counterfeit souvenir tare
at small handicraft manufactures is represented economically
unfavourable and initially unprofitable. The low cost price
of such production is possible only by large volumes. The Company
"Demetra" on the initial stage of the development
has met the problem of a high cost price itself, and only after
escalating its volumes of production this problem was solved.
• Production of the Company "Demetra"
is also an advertising of the manufacturers of high-quality
alcoholic drinks and food products to some extent. Our tare
is not turnaround and is remained in use for a long time as
the decorative application to various interiors in apartments,
offices and other premises. And the accent is done on the firms
- manufacturers of high-quality alcoholic drinks and food products
due to their names on the surfaces of our products.
• Application of unique technologies and use of
natural wood materials of valuable kinds allow to make in consciousness
of the consumers additional accent on high quality of production
of the manufacturers of drinks and food products.
• The marks with the names of the of alcoholic drinks
and food products and their manufacturers are made at the workshops
of the Company" Demetra ". It also allows to make
protection from falsification due to the fact that our Company
releases tare only to the enterprises by the contract. Tare
without the mark is not produced and is not released.
Among the producers of souvenir tare
at the Ukrainian market the Company "Demetra" holds
one of the leading places. Such result, first of all, was achieved
due to the development of technologies in manufacture of souvenir
tare appropriate to the requirements of the manufacturers of
alcoholic drinks and food products and the consumers of their
production. There are some main and stable customers of our
production:
• National productive agrarian association "Massandra"
(Crimea, Ukraine)
• Beer alcohol-free plant "Krym"
• Kizlyarsky cognac factory (Republic Dagestan,
Russia).
Also there is a great number of the consumers of our production,
which make their orders by small parties.
Manufacture of souvenir tare is carried
out in accordance with the registered technical conditions TC
Ukraine 2515296.001-99, which have passed sanitary - hygienic
examination according to the state standards, working in Ukraine.
The products themselves also have passed state sanitary - hygienic
examination and have the appropriate certificates.
Samples of products of the Company "Demetra" were
examined at the special session of the Experts council of the
Central tasting commission of Ukraine's State committee on questions
of horticulture, winegrowing and winemaking. As a result of
the examination by the profile experts, our tare was recognized
appropriate to all norms used in winemaking industry.
The Company
"Demetra" has intellectual and technical base for
development and manufacture of different souvenir tare in
the shortest terms according to wishes of the customers.
